## Description

The Authority is undertaking a transition process to move all services currently supplied by Arden GEM CSU \(AGEM\) to their in-house team\. To support this transition and on-going service delivery, the Authority requires Arden GEM CSU to deliver an operational excellence programme\. The contract is for a duration of 7 months\.
