Clifton Strengths Coaching Service

There is a requirement to provide coaching support to organisations and individuals who have engaged with the Strengths Based Leadership Programme; forming part of the leadership work stream being implemented as part of Sport England's Place Partner work within and across Pennine Lancashire.

The successful organisation/individual must have the Gallup, Clifton Strengths Coaching certification (or the ability to achieve this by January 2024) alongside demonstrable skills, knowledge and experience to be able to work closely with leaders within and across public sector organisations as well as the Community, Voluntary and Faith sectors.
