## Description

It is Together Housings intention to enter into an Agreement with an organisation for an initial period of 3 years \(plus 2 x 12 months optional extension periods\), to undertake an annual review of service charge accounts with the purpose of issuing a factual report on service charges for each set of accounts\. Together housing Association have a requirement for the service due to the requirements held within specific leases in relation to service charges\. Together Housing Association is seeking a provider that is familiar with the operating environment and regulatory issues faced by housing associations\. The winning bidder is to be available to commence with duties as to the agreement entered from 1st April 2025\.
