Temporary change of use of the community centre into L&Q's marketing suite is required at Beam Park. The change of use requires planning approval. Lucid Planning has worked on behalf of the Beam Park JV to obtain masterplan approval phase 1 and phase 2 approval, and Countryside's marketing suite approval. They know the scheme details and the relevant bodies at London Borough of Havering.
