The agreement includes a 1-year licence for the contractor's dataset portal\.\\r \\r This is a joint project with Ashford Borough Council, Dover District Council, Swale Borough Council, and Dartford Borough Council\. A joint funding application for this project has been accepted by the Private Rented Sector Innovation and Enforcement Grant fund\.
