M1920-28 CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF INSURANCE REPAIR WORKS AND OTHER MINOR BESPOKE PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT PROJECT WORKS BOROUGHWIDE.

Description

The works comprise of: Various insurance repair works to internal and external areas of void and occupied properties and to communal areas of various blocks and estates owned by Southend Borough Council and will be issued by means of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates version seven. The value of works to be issued will likely be between the values of £5000.00 and £250000.00 Tenderers must allow within their tendered percentage for visiting site with the client and producing a schedule of codes and quantities with any tendered adjustments (for the client) to fully undertake the required repairs. Orders will be raised on an individual basis for each `project`. The contractor will be required to submit one percentage adjustment to the stated schedule. All costs associated with sections1,2 and 4 are to be included in the submitted percentage adjustment.
