Description

Surveying Consultancy - Property Renovation, Call off contract Central Bedfordshire Council Housing Services, Routine Maintenance Department maintains approximately 5,000 council dwellings. Properties include individual houses, Communal Blocks, Sheltered Housing Schemes, an Extra Care Scheme, Gypsy and Traveller sites, Houses of Multiple Occupation and Temporary Accommodation. A Professional is required to provide a range of building related consultancy services for its evolving property portfolio. It is envisaged that there will be a number of work programmes that will draw on surveying, design and project management delivery skill sets to assist the Housing Service achieve its property improvement and maintenance programmes in the future. It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period November 2017 - April 2019. This is a surveying call-off contract and no guarantee can be given to the final value or type of work issued. The estimated budget is £50,000, but may be subject to change.
