The project will include converting a self-contained apartment into a communal space for residents adjoining the staff office on the upper ground level\. The basement, currently a self-contained apartment is to be converted into two smaller self contained units\. Utility supplies \(gas/water/electricity\) are to be diverted from the pre existing apartment on the upper ground floor to the new additional apartment in the basement\.
