The purpose of this contract is to supply communication support to Customers requiring assistance in providing services, either individually or as groups, to Service Users who speak or read languages other than English, or who need to communicate in English in non-spoken ways. Additional information: This is the conclusion of a Further Competition using Lot 7 of ESPO Framework: 402_16 Interpretation, Translation and Transcription Services. As the spend on this contract is dependent on its use, a total contract value has been estimated.
