As a statutory non-departmental public body the Commission is required to have Newspaper Licensing Agency licence to be copyright compliant\. A licence permits the copying of newspaper content for internal use in the business\. The licence also permits us to receive and distribute newspaper content from Press Data press cuttings agency\.
