Work description
The authority is seeking a provider to support individuals to access a Personal Assistant, via a Personal Assistant Brokerage service who will assist in the tasks below:\r \r - Recruitment support: development of job description and person specification, advertising, interviewing, selection and onboarding processes\r - Carry out relevant checks: DBS checks, references\r - Support and guidance around employment law, payroll and employer's liability insurance set up\r - Ongoing advice and support around any aspects of recruiting a Personal Assistant\r
