## Description

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor\(s\) to deliver communal cleaning services in the Midlands, East and South region\. The core output requirements include \(but not limited to\):- - General Cleaning tasks; - Litter Picking and associated tasks; - Dusting, Washing and Wiping; - Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping; - Lift Cleaning \(where applicable\); and - Chute Cleaning \(where applicable\) The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents\. The tender is split into ten \(10\) Lots as follows:- 1\. East \(North\) 2\. East \(South\) 3\. Kent \(North\) 4\. Kent \(South\) 5\. East Sussex 6\. West Sussex, Surrey & Brighton 7\. Bexley 8\. Midlands \(North & East\) 9\. Midlands \(Central & North\) 10\. Midlands \(South & West\)
