## Description

The London Borough of Enfield \(the "Authority"\) has awarded a contract to KEEGANS LIMITED via the Pretium Green Futures Partnership \(GFP\) Decarbonisation Delivery Framework - Lot 3e to provide: AS 2035-compliant retrofit services in support of the Authority's Warm Homes Social Housing Fund \(Wave 3\) programme\. The appointed supplier will be required to provide a full suite of retrofit services, including coordination, assessment, design, advice and evaluation, alongside additional programme-level support such as technical consultancy, funding compliance reporting, post-occupancy evaluation, and resident engagement\. These services will apply to approximately 430 homes across seven projects within the borough\.
