Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM's)

Multi-year contract to carry out the annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSM). Under the Social Housing Regulations Act, The Regulator of Social Housing requires all registered providers to conduct the TSM survey annually. East Riding of Yorkshire Council are commissioning Service Insights Ltd to carry out the works of the survey, so that it is done independently and in accordance with legislative framework and guidelines. The government provided specific additional funding to East Riding of Yorkshire Council to support the local authority to meet these requirements.
