The Framework has been divided into 10 Lots to meet the Council's specific requirements\. Each Lot has its own Specification which gives a general description of the requirements of that Lot\. Individual commissions under each Lot will have more precisely formulated requirements and will be awarded as specific Contracts under this Framework\.
