H-CLIC Management and Reporting

There is a pressing need for a good quality homelessness reporting solution to meet central government statutory obligations which impact on central government funding for this LBI service. The outcome of a successful implementation will be to secure existing central government funding for this critical service, avoid a significant reduction in funding and to create opportunities to increase funding.
