## Description

Ofcom requires user-centred research with non-supervised services to uncover the attitudes, knowledge, beliefs and habits of these non-supervised services with regards to compliance of the Online Safety Act and barriers and enablers to them complying\. This research will feed into the iterative design and development of both the digital support service and a communications campaign\.
