Somerset County Council conducted this further competition under the ESPO framework 376E\_16 to offer a joint service with our partner authorities in the LibrariesWest Consortium and Bournemouth Borough Council\.\\r A Contract for the provision of Ebooks was awarded and a separate one for the provision of eAudiobooks\.
