## Description

The University's Digital, Data and Technology \(DDaT\) department has developed an Interim Delivery Model \(IDM\) as a Proof of Concept \(PoC\), where we established a working relationship with a number of 3rd party Technology Partners, \(an organisation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services\)\.The 3rd party have provided Delivery Managers \(DM\) to assist the DDaT teams in delivering University technology focused projects\. Having validated the PoC, the University is now seeking Technology Partners to support the wider delivery of its technology outcomes\.
