## Description

East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking to engage a Contractor to undertake works to repair and adapt private dwellings\. The contract will be split into two lots: Lot 1: Level Access Showers, Door Widening and Ramps: this provides the provision of level access showers, door widening, ramps and internal alterations\. Lot 2: Complex Works and Extensions: this includes building works to form major adaptations to residents' homes\. Applicants are invited to apply for any individual Lot or a combination of Lots
