## Description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a laboratory refurbishment project to increase the occupancy of an existing Lab to 95 desk positions, with a total occupancy of 100\. The refurbishment will include demolition works by removing a wall and internal office, all existing flooring and entrance doors\. Installation of M\+E is required, which will include ceiling fixed mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning, new lights, fire alarm alterations, new power sockets and additional data installation\. Also builders works associated with M\+E, scaffolding, glazing alterations, new FD30 door sets and some external ground works to house the AC\. Finishing off with decoration and new carpet flooring installation\.
