## Description

Knowsley Council's Property Maintenance, Investment and Compliance Service manages re-active maintenance minor works relating to its property estate\. Examples of the types of buildings supported include, but are not limited to, schools, libraries, office buildings and children's homes\. This framework agreement will be applicable for low value re-active maintenance works \(up to £500\)\.
