## Description

NHS England has awarded this service to support the Masters in Public Health \(MPH\) for 5 trainees each year\. Phase One of the two-year program covers topics like epidemiology, statistics, health protection, and social services, along with management principles\. Trainees will also gain hands-on experience by working part-time with a Local Authority and the Health Protection team at Public Health England\. At the end of Phase One, trainees will take the Part A Faculty of Public Health Membership Exam\.
