Port Engagement Lead

- Providing day to day project management, leading project team to deliver against the plan. - Maintaining oversight of the plan, using this to drive delivery and co-ordinating input from other teams who have a role in delivery of this project (but have roles outside it, e.g., maybe only 5% or less of their time is on this.) - Management of RAID, managing risks, issues, dependencies and monitoring changing assumptions - Engagement with other teams, e.g., policy, other projects, to ensure dependencies are managed and the approach is joined up. - Coordination of reporting requirements, such as weekly reporting to the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) - Work with teams to co-ordinate engagement and communications (there will be specialist comms and engagement resources that will develop and undertake the communications and engagement activities) - Supporting the implementation and consistency of project management standards and procedures
