To facilitate and encourage hybrid working in the Civic a Transformation \(Change\) bid has been granted to reconfigure the layout of office accommodation in the Civic Centre in order to: • Carry out engagement with staff on the floor to ascertain their needs • Design a workspace environment to meet these needs • Supply and fit the space with any power/ data, IT equipment, screening and furniture
