UK mobile quality of experience and mobility data

Ofcom has a requirement for gathering data that can provide a robust view of 1) the quality of experience UK consumers receive when connecting to the internet on mobile devices in different locations across the UK; 2) the capability of mobile networks in relation to those consumer needs in different locations; and 3) the density and spread of user devices across the UK.
