REFURBISHMENT OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF NORTHFIELD HOUSE

Description

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are looking for competent contractor to carry out a refurbishment of Northfield House to include:- Soft demolition, make good to surfaces, Strip out old and redundant fittings and make good, replace including but not restricted to: a. existing air conditioning b. electrical (sockets, data, skirting trunking, existing floor boxes, lighting) c. carpet d. ceiling grid and tiles e. wall fittings f. disposal of room contents as instructed. g. Install new dado trunking for data / phones / power h. Adapt existing fire detectors and emergency lighting I. Provide work tops for work stations j. Redecorate k.Repair all damage to existing doors, windows and frames including fire doors l. Box in boiler located in Kitchen c/w access for maintenance m. Maintenance repairs to W.C and Kitchen where required n. Supply & fit new vertical hanging blinds and rails to office windows o. Supply and fit dividers in between each workstation. p. Builders clean upon completion.
