Description

Coventry City Council are tendering for the provision of Maintenance and Condition Surveys, and project surveying and design work across a range of corporate and educational buildings within the Coventry City boundary. The services described in this specification relate to the following: o Schedule of Service 1 - Maintenance and Condition Surveys comprising ? Condition and Roofing Surveys ? DDA Audit Surveys (BV156 Compliant) ? Glazing Surveys o Schedule of Service 2 - Surveying and Engineering Projects ? Surveying and Architectural Services Pre and Post Contract Work ? Principle Designer under CDM Regulations ? Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design The majority of the contract spend will be through Service 1. It is envisaged that Service 2 will be used on an ad hoc basis.
