## Description

Under the Concessionary Travel Act 2007 Devon County Council \(DCC\) is obliged to provide eligible residents with a free National Bus Pass which entitles them to free England wide off peak bus travel\. Eligible residents are provided with a travel smartcard which is encoded with their personal information\.
