Wyre Forest District Council ("the Council") wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out works to convert 11a Raven Street, Stourport on Severn, DY13 8UU from a commercial property to a residential 2 bedroom ground floor flat that will be used for temporary accommodation as per specification. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open procedure based on the requirements and Specification within the tender documents and is being carried out using e-procurement portal, ProContract Due-North.
