GB-Merseyside: SHF Retrofit Programme Wave 3 Phase 1

The WH:SHF Wave 3 Retrofit Programme has been developed to address energy-efficiency failings within 75 Torus properties across St Helens and Warrington. These properties were identified through asset data and stock condition information, which confirms that they currently fall below EPC Band C. The objective of the programme is to improve energy-efficiency, reduce space heating demand, and support compliance with Torus' 2030 decarbonisation objectives. In addition to efficiency upgrades, the programme will address minor structural and building condition issues identified during presurveys, ensuring that each property is made safe, compliant, and energy efficient. The programme aligns with national WH:SHF funding aims and contributes to long-term stock viability.
