## Description

Quantifying key uncertainties in terms of probabilities which was used to elicit probability distributions from technical experts: Next Major Review of the ESC requires the contractor to provide the production of technical memoranda documenting any developments of the elicitation approach and production of data management forms \(DMFs\) containing probability distributions and best estimate values\.
