The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council \(The Council\) wish to appoint joint agents to market and sell or lease the site known as Parry Lane, Bradford 4\. There will be two agents appointed, one for local marketing and one for national marketing, "Local" being within 10 mile radius of the subject site\.
