NCC Technical Advisor for Modular Classroom Replacement at Bedlington Station Primary School -Lot 1 - Multi Disciplinary Building Construction related services

This tender is to procure a Technical Advisor to support NCC in the design development of the proposal to demolish two existing modular buildings at Bedlington Station Primary School. They are currently being used to accommodate the Reception class and the Nursery. These will be replaced with a new modular built Early Years unit. A concept plan has been drawn and an initial desktop exercise has been undertaken to establish a high-level budget in order that provision could be made within the council's SCIP programme.
