## Description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has paid Stamp Duty Land Tax \(SDLT\) on the purchase of properties over a number of years\. The council has used receipts under section 19 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 \(this legislation covers 1-4-1 receipts\)\. The council understands that it may be possible to reclaim the SDLT paid and are looking for a supplier to support the council in making appropriate claims to HMRC\. The council has detailed records of SDLT paid including values paid, dates of payments made, reference numbers, property addresses\.
