## Description

Leicester City Council require a single contractor for the Provision of a Microsoft Digital Transformation Agreement that commences on the 1st March 2019 for a 3 year term\. The Council wish to appoint a provider in advance of the commencement date \( December 2018\) in order to have access to the September 2018 pricing for the 3 year agreement The contract has an extension option for a further 3 years, and further includes the migration of the SCE and OVS agreements once they expire with the current provider\.
