## Description

The aim of the RESA project is to develop and share an analytical toolkit that enables rural local authorities \(in the first instance\) to identify their comparative economic strengths and weaknesses and use that to develop, in turn, a local investment strategy that would yield improved productivity, business survival and entrepreneurial activity\.
