693/2018 Stubbs Mead Depot Modular Building

Contract Title : Provision of a refurbished modular building at Stubbs Mead Depot, Factory Lane, Croydon, CR0 3RL The London Borough of Croydon is seeking submissions from interested firms to provide a modular building and associated construction at the Stubbs Mead depot site in Croydon. Description: 1.1 The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified company to construct a refurbished modular building and install it onsite at Stubbs Mead depot, Factory Lane. The contract includes all design and groundworks and is for the provision of a full "turn key" service. The building will itself be as new, however the steel frame will be refurbished and a warranty or the remainder of warranty will be provided to the Council. The building will be Building Regulation 2018 compliant.

The anticipated contract start date is 9th April 2018 and the project is expected to run for 6 - 9 months.

The estimated value of the contract is £1.0m - £1.2m.

The deadline for submitting a tender is 6th March 2018.
