This procurement is for the delivery of a BAME career development programme which will run initially for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to the requirements of the LGA \(with the potential to develop a positive action programme for other under-represented groups\)\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
