1\. Analysis of Noise Abatement Notice against HMP Erlestoke; 2\. Advising HMP Erlestoke on options and preferred future strategy; 3\. Advising the Governor on options and strategy in response to separate Noise Abatement Notice received; 4\. Preparing written representations to and with the Council; 5\. Advice and representations in the event the Council decide to seek a declaration from the High Court; and 6\. In the event that the Council is for whatever reason unwilling to withdraw the notice, review and consider alternative options with HMP Erlestoke\.
