GLD012 2020 GLAS Panel, Noise Abatement

1. Analysis of Noise Abatement Notice against HMP Erlestoke; 2. Advising HMP Erlestoke on options and preferred future strategy; 3. Advising the Governor on options and strategy in response to separate Noise Abatement Notice received; 4. Preparing written representations to and with the Council; 5. Advice and representations in the event the Council decide to seek a declaration from the High Court; and 6. In the event that the Council is for whatever reason unwilling to withdraw the notice, review and consider alternative options with HMP Erlestoke.
