Retrofit Works Contract

Description

Network Homes is seeking to appoint 2 experienced and suitably qualified providers to our Retrofit Works Contracts. These contracts will be split into two Lots :- Lot 1 Hertford and surrounding areas Lot 2 London (mainly in LB Brent). The works required by this Contract include but are not restricted to: •External and cavity wall insulation •Loft insulation •Floor and internal wall insulation •Mechanical and passive ventilation •Mechanical heating and solar thermal installation • Related external Works and any other planned/cyclical decoration works • Access / Scaffolding • Asbestos surveys and tests if required. This list is not exhaustive but is provided as an indication of works that may be instructed under this Contract.
