Work description
The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) working in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking an independent evaluator to undertake an interim assessment and final evaluation/'summative assessment' of the Connecting Innovation programme.
The programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund for England.
