HR Processes & Systems Review and Future Direction Business Case Development

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Authority are conducting a further competition exercise (Invitation to Tender) under the RM3745 Management Consultancy Framework (Lot 4) for the provision of consultancy services to Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The consultant will be expected to assess the processes and systems currently in place to manage the HR function. This analysis will inform the development of a business case which will identify options for the future direction considerate of current and future risks and costs and aligned to the Service's technical and functional requirements.
