GB-York: Student Residential Accommodation Works ITT

The University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to undertake the provision of works at one of its student accommodation buildings in the centre of York, England. Work consists of design progression, RIBA stages 2 & 3, tender preparation, analysis and contract award, contract assurance and a contract administrator role.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
