Participant recruitment for Citizen Information

Description

The Department for Work and Pensions are reviewing and re-designing all of our digital systems. We're completely rewriting how our services are delivered and what tools are available to help people get what they need. As part of this, we're developing a number of tools to allow citizens to enter and view information about themselves. We have User Researchers working in this space and they need to undertake research with the full, diverse range of people accessing DWP services, to ensure that these tools are fit for purpose.
