Architect Services Lower Falinge - Rochdale Boroughwide Housing is seeking the services of an experienced and RIBA accredited Architectural practice to support its Growth directorate with developing the vision and outcome the tenants of Lower Falinge seek, bringing to fruition the outcome of the consultation completed to the existing maisonette blocks on Lower Falinge including the immediate grounds. Lower Falinge forms part of Central Rochdale which is undergoing regeneration as part of a masterplan. The works intended to the retained blocks is to compliment the wider masterplan to form part of the wider improvements to the quality of homes in the neighbourhood.
