Demolition of Former Ecton Brook Elderly Persons Home - AWARD

WNC is seeking a supplier to undertake the following aspects of demolition and delivery of site for Ecton Brook a former elderly care home. We are needing the awarded supplier to : The scope of works for this project will include: 1.Production of a demolition method statement and delivery plan and submit this to meet the planning condition. 2. Demolition: Complete demolition of the former Ecton Brook Elderly Persons House, including all associated structures and foundations (unless otherwise specified).  3.Asbestos Removal: Identification, removal, and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.  4.Waste Management: Segregation, recycling, and disposal of all waste materials in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011.  5. Site Security: Ensure the site is left secure, with all hazards removed, and boundaries made safe for the public.
