## Description

To support its core statutory requirement of providing Personal Education Plans \(PEPs\) for Torbay's Looked After Children, Torbay Council's Torbay Virtual School \(TVS\) is seeking an electronic Personal Education Plan \(PEP\) system, which can record and store Personal Education Plan data information for young people on its school roll of approximately 500 pupils, spread across schools throughout Torbay and elsewhere in the UK\. TVS is inviting bids for a system that can help the Authority meet its statutory obligation and facilitate workload for all stakeholders, whilst maintaining total security of confidential data\. Please refer to the Tender documents for full details of the requirements Additional information: In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Tender Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk In order to access amendable versions of the Documents and to submit a response Applicants must be registered as Suppliers on ProContract\.
