Torbay Virtual School - Electronic Personal Education Plan System 2019 (Reference: T01019ChS)

To support its core statutory requirement of providing Personal Education Plans (PEPs) for Torbay's Looked After Children, Torbay Council's Torbay Virtual School (TVS) is seeking an electronic Personal Education Plan (PEP) system, which can record and store Personal Education Plan data information for young people on its school roll of approximately 500 pupils, spread across schools throughout Torbay and elsewhere in the UK. TVS is inviting bids for a system that can help the Authority meet its statutory obligation and facilitate workload for all stakeholders, whilst maintaining total security of confidential data.
